Covering about 8 sq. km., Golf Resort includes 3 international standard 18-hole golf courses, 5-star golf hotel and low-density residential buildings. Golf Resort is 9.6km away from Forest City, the temporary road is opened at the end of May 2018, the main road is expected to launch fully at the end of September 2019.
The Legacy Golf Course is jointly designed by Jack Nicklaus and his son, Jack Nicklaus II. It is opened together with the golf hotel on 1st September. The construction of LGK Heritage and Memorial Golf Courses designed by Mr. Liang Guokun, Executive Director of Country Garden Group, has started too. Residences cover the built-up area about 2,034-2917 sq. ft. limited, freehold golf villas.
Located in the core commercial area of Forest City, the Landmark Building is close to the monorail stop, central medical district and upscale residential district. With views of the ocean and the mouth of Straits of Malacca to its south, it covers about 500,000m² with 3 towers and 4 commercial podiums.
With 3 planned stages, the phase 1 built-up area will cover 180,000m² (About 1.938 million sq.ft). The tower is 180m tall and will be a contemporary mixed- use structure with the capacity for offices, upscale apartments and MICE facilities.
